Add your business name, public profile links, preferred response style and priorities. Share the facts needed to prepare accurate work.
Use Order help to submit a brief or contact us about your order. Keep passwords and private customer records out of the form.

Confirm the scope and prepare
We check the method is supported, confirm the scope and resolve any missing information before starting the agreed work.
Delivery begins after the complete brief, agreed scope and any necessary access. We ask for official access roles only when needed.

Review the deliverables
Check your reply drafts, invitation wording, profile checklist or report. Confirm that business facts are correct before using the work.
One factual correction round is included when requested within seven days of delivery. Direct publishing and profile edits are outside the standard package scope.

Put the work to use
You publish approved replies and apply the agreed recommendations. Care and Grow include four weekly monitoring rounds during the 30-day period, followed by a closing report.
One-time packages end after the agreed project or period. If you choose a monthly plan, a new service package renews each month until you cancel future renewals in your account or contact support.
