Our service standards

Trust begins with how we work.

These are the commitments behind our service: independent customer feedback, accurate business responses and a scope you can understand.

01

Customers speak for themselves

Reviews belong to the people who had the experience. We do not write customer reviews, arrange artificial engagement or ask someone to act as a customer.

02

Invitations leave a genuine choice

We use neutral wording and experience-based eligibility. Invitations do not depend on a satisfaction score and do not offer rewards or request a particular rating. Customers can decline.

03

No pressure or review quotas

We exclude staff review targets, requests to mention employees and pressure to review on the premises. Owners, current or former staff, family and other conflicted contributors are not recruited as customer reviewers.

04

Replies use confirmed facts

We prepare business responses from the review and the information you confirm. A reply never claims an action was completed unless it was. Private customer details stay out of public responses.

05

You approve what gets used

Standard packages deliver drafts and recommendations for your review. You control publication. Separately agreed account access uses official roles and minimum permissions, never shared passwords.

06

The method must be supported

Eligibility and rules are checked for the agreed destination. Yelp solicitation is excluded. If a method cannot be provided, we pause that work and agree an alternative or refund review with you.

07

The scope stays clear

You pay for defined tasks, not a promised rating or number of reviews. Monitoring is scheduled, not continuous. Support and refund decisions are never tied to whether you leave, change or remove a review.

08

Requests are checked before work begins

A saved brief or custom enquiry is not approval to carry out the work. We check the requested method, permissions and scope. Excluded activities cannot be added through private instructions or described as another service.

Your profiles stay yours.

Google Business Profile is available at no charge. Our fees pay for TrustSprig’s work, not a listing fee or paid placement. Standard packages provide drafts and audits, not account management.

If separate profile management is agreed, you retain ownership. We obtain written permission for specific actions, disclose changes and release our access within seven business days of termination, without an access-release fee.

Guided by the rules that apply

Platform rules vary by destination and method. We check the intended approach before starting that work. TrustSprig is independent; these links do not imply platform approval, certification or a partnership.
