What we help you with

A response to the actual review

We address the specific praise, question or concern, using the review and your brief as context.

Your tone, clearly expressed

Choose a warm, professional or reassuring style. We keep the response natural, useful and appropriate to the situation.

Facts checked with you

Unclear details are flagged for confirmation. We do not invent refunds, investigations, outcomes or promises on your behalf.

Drafts you can approve

You receive the proposed replies before anything is used. One round of factual corrections is included when requested within seven days of delivery.

Our service standards
  • Review and comment replies share one allowance: up to 5 drafts in Start, 20 in Care or 60 in Grow. The initial drafts count toward that total.
  • The Reply Pack provides 10 drafts for one profile. Posting, account changes and ongoing inbox management are not included.
  • Sensitive customer details stay out of public replies. Disputes that need specialist advice are referred back to you.
